Cancellation Policy
Bold Image Beauty will charge 50% of booked services if canceled 24 hours or less prior to booked service. 100% charge for no-shows. We understand things happen. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule, we prefer 48 hours' notice at minimum to be able to fill the open slot with another customer. You may cancel or reschedule online or through Stefani.
